1. Interest Free Credit is available on all full-priced items that are £500 or more. It is not available on sale items or in conjunction with any other offer.
2. To apply for Interest Free Credit, select this option when you are selecting how to pay for your purchase(s). Select how many months you would like to spread your payments, from 6, 9, 12, 18, 24 or 36 months payment terms vary depending on the value of the item, you will then be automatically directed to the next page.
3. If you already have an account with us then just sign in and your delivery and billing details should appear on screen. Please note that with interest free credit applications, we can only deliver to the applicant's billing address. Once complete, click 'Proceed to Checkout'.
If you are new to Mappinandwebb.com then you will have to create an account with us. You can create an account with us by either clicking on the 'My Account' link, located in the footer section at the bottom of the page, or when you proceed through the checkout.
4. The next page should give you a detailed breakdown of your Interest Free Credit plan. You will also have to enter your card details to pay for the deposit, currently only 10% of the total order value. Once you are happy with everything, click 'Pay'.
5. You will now be diverted to the application form for your Interest Free Credit plan. Enter all of the information that is applicable to you. Once the form as been completed and submitted, you will be given the option of either printing off the application form or request that the forms be sent to you in the post.

7. The finance company will process your application and once accepted, we will receive notification.
We will only despatch your order once we have received notification that your application has been successful.
Exceptions- Interest Free Credit is unavailable on the purchase of all sale items and gift cards.
- Some terms may not be available in selected stores.
- Discount, promotional codes and cashback websites cannot be used in conjunction with Interest Free Credit related purchases. We apologise for any inconvenience that this may cause.
Order ReturnsPlease note when considering returning items bought with Interest Free Credit, the order must be returned
in full to Mappin & Webb.
This means that if, for example, you have purchased 3 items through Interest Free Credit but would like to return 1 of those items then all 3 items must be returned to us
in full.
Declined Credit ApplicationsIf your application is declined by Hitachi Capital Consumer Finance, you will be notified within 15 seconds of submitting the online form.
Your deposit will be automatically refunded, however it may take 3-5 working days for your bank to process your refund.
You will have the option to print the declined letter which will provide you with an overview of why your application has been declined.
You also have the option to request your credit details from Experian for an administrative fee of £2. You will need to post a cheque along with your name and address details to the address below.
