With minimum fuss, we will repair or replace your item promptly; all you need to do is make a claim at any Mappin & Webb boutique.

Mappin & Webb Care is a simple one-off payment for up to five years of cover, with protection starting from the moment you leave the showroom. In the event of a claim, we will repair or replace your item as quickly as possible, with the minimum of fuss.

For fine jewellery purchases, Mappin & Webb Care will also provide the following:

Free in-store clean and inspection annually,

Free Rhodium plate on white gold

Free jewellery cleaner or diamond dazzle stick for diamonds
