Developed in collaboration with deep-sea explorers, it features a helium escape valve and robust construction. With its larger case size and enhanced legibility, the Sea-Dweller is built to perform at great depths while maintaining Rolex’s signature aesthetic.

Engineered for Depth

This 43mm Rolex Sea-Dweller, reference 126600, features a black dial with Chromalight display and a unidirectional rotatable bezel with a 60-minute Cerachrom insert. Crafted from Oystersteel, it houses the calibre 3235 automatic movement with a 70-hour power reserve. The Oyster bracelet includes both Fliplock and Rolex Glidelock extension systems for a secure fit over dive suits.

Two-years international guarantee

Delivered at the time of sale, the Rolex Certified Pre-Owned guarantee card officially confirms that the watch is genuine on the date of purchase and guarantees its proper functioning for a period of two years from this date.

Presented in 1967, the Oyster Perpetual Sea‑Dweller was created to accompany the pioneers of deep-sea diving.

It is notably equipped with the helium escape valve, an innovation that has played a key role in underwater research since it first accompanied a new professional diving technique: saturation diving. Initially capable of descending to 610 metres (2,000 feet) deep, since 1978 the Sea-Dweller has been guaranteed waterproof to a depth of 1,220 metres (4,000 feet).
