Using your e-gift card is easy. After entering and confirming your delivery details, you will reach the 'Review & Pay' checkout page. Click 'Show available options' under the Gift Card section. Click 'Gift Card' and enter your details and the e-gift card details from the email we sent you. If you still have a remaining balance to pay, please use an additional payment method.
To use your e-gift card in one of our showrooms simply present the email with the e-gift card details to the colleague that is assisting you.
How can I check the balance of my e-gift card?
If you would like to check the balance of your e-gift card, you can register for an online client account and use our balance check facility.
What can I buy with my e-gift card?
E-gift cards can be used towards the purchase of any item in stock on our website or in our showrooms. Excludes Rolex.

Your e-gift card can be used in showrooms and online.
How long is my e-gift card valid for?
Your e-gift card is valid for 6 months from the date you receive it.
Can I keep the e-gift card if I return the original item I bought?
No, if you return the original item that made you applicable for the e-gift card promotion, your e-gift card will become void. If you have already used the e-gift card, the spent balance will be deducted from your refund. You can view our returns policy here.
