We use a trackable delivery service and in most cases, a signature will be required on delivery. Why? Because we know your order is important to you. When you receive your shipping email, you know your order is on its way. We won't deliver to your next door neighbour if you're out and we won't leave it near your door either. To keep your order safe we'll deliver to your delivery address only.
Please be aware that for jewellery orders with a value of £100 or less, a signature may not be required. For your convenience, our courier will post your order through your letterbox, size permitting.
The delivery estimates displayed below and on product pages exclude bank holidays. Please note we dispatch goods from our Distribution Centre 6 days a week Sunday to Friday.

Express delivery is our fastest delivery service, and is available on all items that are in stock and ordered before by 9pm Monday to Friday, or 8pm Sunday for delivery the following day. You are shown during the checkout whether this option is available for your order. If selected, we'll send your order as a priority so you receive it the next day between the hours of 8am to 6pm (excluding Sundays). Orders received after by 9pm Monday to Friday, or 8pm Sunday may be delivered the following day, but this cannot be guaranteed.
Deliveries to South West England, Scottish Highlands & Northern Ireland are not guaranteed to be delivered next day. Deliveries to non UK mainland addresses may be extended by 1 day.

Standard delivery - FREE
Our standard delivery service is free regardless of how much you spend and you will normally receive your order within 1-3 working days. We deliver Monday to Saturday between the hours of 8am to 6pm.
Jewellery orders of £150 or less and deliveries to South West England, Scotland, Highlands & Northern Ireland may extend to 6pm.
Orders with a weekend dispatch will be delivered in 2 working days.
Gift Card orders placed after 8pm will be delivered to UK mainland addresses within 2 working days.
Bank Holiday Deliveries
Over Bank Holidays our Distribution Centre dispatches orders as normal but our Couriers do not deliver on the Bank Holiday. We ask that you allow extra time for delivery when placing you order around Bank Holidays. Our normal services resume the next working day. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. Please call our customer experience team on 0800 849 5051 should you wish to discuss your specific order.
Order Tracking Number
Our couriers will provide you with your tracking number by email from 6pm once your order has been collected from our distribution center.
We always endeavour to deliver your item on time. In exceptional circumstances such as adverse weather, or severe road network issues we may experience delays. We politely point out that in such circumstances, we do not take responsibility for any impact such delays may have.
Although we stock all ring sizes, there are some occasions where we may need to order your ring from one of our Mappin & Webb stores or directly from our suppliers. We'll keep you updated with the progress of your order and will contact you immediately via email to let you know if we are unable to deliver within the 1-3 days time frame.
