Delivery Information

We offer a range of delivery services to suit your needs.

Free Express Delivery

Express delivery is our fastest delivery service, and is available on qualifying items ordered before by 9pm Monday to Sunday. When selected, we'll send your order as a priority so you receive it the next day between the hours of 8am to 6pm.

Please see each product page for the availability of express delivery. If the option is available, you will be able to select it on the Shopping Bag page.

Deliveries to South West England, Scottish Highlands & Northern Ireland are not guaranteed to be delivered next day. Deliveries to non UK mainland addresses may be extended by 1 day.*

Please refer to your email and / or SMS from our courier partner for your specific delivery details.

Free Standard Delivery

Our standard delivery service is free regardless of how much you spend and you will normally receive your order within 1-3 working days. We deliver Monday to Sunday between the hours of 8am to 6pm.

Jewellery orders of £150 or less and deliveries to South West England, Scotland, Highlands & Northern Ireland may extend to 6pm.

Orders with a weekend dispatch will be delivered in 2 working days. Gift Card orders placed after 8pm will be delivered to UK mainland addresses within 2 working days.

Delivery FAQ

How can I track my order?

Our couriers will provide you with your tracking number by email once your order has been collected from our distribution center. You can track your order using the link available in the email or by downloading the courier's app. Downloading the app will allow you to update your delivery preferences and track your parcel directly.

If you provide a mobile number during checkout, you will be sent SMS text updates as your order is making it's way to you

Is a signature required for delivery?

We use a trackable delivery service and in most cases, a signature will be required on delivery. Please be aware that for jewellery orders with a value of £100 or less, a signature may not be required.

Will you leave my delivery with a neighbour or somewhere safe?

We won't deliver to your next door neighbour if you're out and we won't leave it near your door or property either. To keep your order safe we'll deliver to your delivery address only and a signature will be required for orders over £100.

Do you deliver on Bank Holidays?

Over Bank Holidays our Distribution Centre dispatches orders as normal but our Couriers do not deliver on the Bank Holiday. We ask that you allow extra time for delivery when placing you order around Bank Holidays. Our normal services resume the next working day. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. Please call our customer experience team on 0800 849 5051 should you wish to discuss your specific order.

Do you deliver on Sundays?

We deliver 7 days a week excluding Bank Holidays.

What is a Special Order?

Special orders are orders that have an extended lead time. This may be due to us having to get the correct ring size or awaiting a launch date for a particular piece.

Lead time denotes the amount of time between taking your order and it's estimated date of dispatch.

Orders with extended lead times will have the lead time information displayed on the product page and in the shopping bag.

My order hasn't arrived, what now?

Even though our packages are sent via secure courier, on rare occasions we do experience losses whilst in transit. Please get in touch with our customer experience team if you think this may be the case with your order. Please be aware that if we are not contacted within 14 days, an insurance claim cannot be made thus the customer will be unable to claim any loss from Mappin & Webb.
