Click & Collect offers all the convenience of buying online without the need to wait at home for your delivery.
How To Order
If your chosen item isn't stocked locally, you can purchase online for free delivery to a Watches of Switzerland Group showroom of your choice and we will notify you as soon as it's ready for collection.
- Enjoy browsing our website
- Add your chosen purchase(s) to your basket
- In the checkout, select "Click & Collect" as your delivery option
- Find your nearest or chosen showroom
- Finalise your payment and complete your order
- Your chosen store will contact you once your order has arrived and arrange a convenient date and time for you to collect
Please see the product pages for more specific estimates on product availability. Occasionally your order may take a little longer, but if that's the case we will contact you by telephone or email and let you know.
What You'll Need When Collecting
Firstly, we must let you know no other persons are authorised to collect your order. We’re sorry if this inconveniences you in any way but it is a security safeguard for you and every client.
- A copy of your order acknowledgement email
- The original payment card (used to verify your order where a card payment has been made) or the payment card used to validate/pay the deposit (for orders purchased using finance)
- Photo ID - Either a current passport, driving licence or a UK National ID card. Please note, when collecting orders paid for using V12 finance, only a valid UK passport, UK driving license or UK CitizenCard will be accepted
Exclusions
Click & Collect is unavailable at airports or the Channel Islands.
