V12 Finance FAQ

How To Apply
  1. Add the item you wish to purchase to your bag and proceed through the checkout to the payment stage.
  2. Select "V12 Finance" and choose from one of the available plans. We have a number of terms available over 6, 9, 12, 18, 24, 36, 48 or 60 months. You will only be able to select the payment terms applicable depending on the value of your order.
  3. You can also increase your deposit at this stage if you wish to make your monthly payments lower.
  4. Once selected, review your terms and when you are ready, proceed to V12's website via the "Proceed to V12 Finance" button.
  5. You will then be taken to the application form for your Interest Free Credit plan on V12's website. Enter all of the information that is applicable to you.
  6. We will then ask you for your credit card details to place the deposit for your order. Once you are happy with everything, click 'Place Deposit'. Deposits cannot be paid using Paypal or Gift Cards.
  7. The finance company will process your application and once accepted, we will receive notification. We will ONLY despatch your order once we have received notification that your application has been successful.
Order Returns

Please note when considering returning items bought with Interest Free Credit, the order must be returned in full to Mappin & Webb. This means that if, for example, you have purchased three items through Interest Free Credit but would like to return one of those items, then all three items must be returned to us.

Declined Applications

If your credit application is declined, you will receive notification via email from our credit partner, V12 Finance, with further instruction on how to dispute the decision.

Longines Heritage pieces combine the original aesthetics of its most remarkable historic models with the most modern watchmaking techniques. Each watch is a tribute to the pioneering spirit that has driven Longines watchmakers from the outset.

This Pre-Owned Longines Heritage Diver Mens Watch features a 43mm (approximate size) stainless steel case fitted with a black dial, sapphire crystal glass, a date and a chronograph complication.

Powered by an automatic movement, this stunning timepiece is also fitted with a fabric strap finished with a buckle clasp for added security.

This timepiece is water resistant to 300 metres.

Condition - Some signs of previous wear may be present on the watch and box.
Packaging - Branded box and paperwork included. A Longines Pioneer book and an instruction manual included.
Manufacturer Warranty - 1 year and 8 months remaining (as of July 2022).

Special Orders - Special orders are products with an extended lead time. Lead time information is displayed on the product page and in the shopping bag. This denotes the amount of time between taking your order and it's estimated date of dispatch.
