For more than 65 years, the Breitling Navitimer has remained one of the world’s most highly regarded and beloved mechanical chronographs. Introduced in 1952 and revised in 1959, it swiftly became the ultimate pilot’s watch, revolutionising wrist-worn chronographs in the years that followed. Its name – a portmanteau of ‘navigation’ and ‘timer’ references the brand’s reputation as a respected manufacturer of precision timing devices for the world’s airlines and aircraft manufacturers, not to mention the Royal Air Force, in the run-up to the Second World War.

The Navitimer 35 combines the historic appeal of the iconic Navitimer with the simplicity of a contemporary timepiece. The new 35mm case with historic beaded bezel, is perfectly sized for smaller wrists and women who have long requested a Navitimer with a more feminine case size. A sublime blend of elegance and sophistication, the refined dial features the distinctive slide rule and is presented with a selection of executions in precious materials including Mother-of-Pearl and diamond. This long awaited evolution is designed for women drawn to both the elegance of this chic timepiece and to the unequalled heritage of a Navitimer.

Each style is powered with a Automatic Calibre 17 movement and, like all Breitling watches, are COSC certified for their precision and accuracy. Breitling has designed both metal bracelet straps and leather straps for the collection, allowing for the styles to be versatile and worn for many occasions. The dials too are varied, and there are luxurious combinations of materials and colours, making these stand-out watches a must have for any ladies watch collection. There are also Navitimer 35 pieces presented in two-tone & 18ct rose gold, a truly exquisite and timeless combination.

Actresses Yao Chen and Charlize Theron have been announced as Breitling’s ambassadors to promote these stunning timepieces. Breitling often works with influential people in promoting their collections. Charlize Theron, for example, has worked with as part of their ‘Cinema Squad’ alongside actors Brad Pitt and Adam Driver to promote the Breitling Premier previously.
