V12 Finance FAQ
- Add the item you wish to purchase to your bag and proceed through the checkout to the payment stage.
- Select "V12 Finance" and choose from one of the available plans. We have a number of terms available over 6, 9, 12, 18, 24, 36, 48 or 60 months. You will only be able to select the payment terms applicable depending on the value of your order.
- You can also increase your deposit at this stage if you wish to make your monthly payments lower.
- Once selected, review your terms and when you are ready, proceed to V12's website via the "Proceed to V12 Finance" button.
- You will then be taken to the application form for your Interest Free Credit plan on V12's website. Enter all of the information that is applicable to you.
- We will then ask you for your credit card details to place the deposit for your order. Once you are happy with everything, click 'Place Deposit'. Deposits cannot be paid using Paypal or Gift Cards.
- The finance company will process your application and once accepted, we will receive notification. We will ONLY despatch your order once we have received notification that your application has been successful.
Please note when considering returning items bought with Interest Free Credit, the order must be returned in full to Mappin & Webb. This means that if, for example, you have purchased three items through Interest Free Credit but would like to return one of those items, then all three items must be returned to us.

Endurance 1917 Series: built to endure the unendurable. As his leadership, courage and optimism continue to captivate explorers around the world, BALL Watch Company is proud to introduce its second series inspired by the legacy of Sir Ernest Shackleton’s Trans-Antarctic Expedition.
The new Endurance series is presented in a robust 40mm version that rounds out the series with three-hand practicality. The timepiece is powered by COSC certified movement, protected by the BALL’s patented Amortiser® anti-shock system and enhanced by cold temperature resistance oil to ensure ultimate timekeeping in sub-zero temperatures.
This chronometer is wrapped in a 904L stainless steel case and shining with micro gas tube luminosity. Sometimes there is no escaping the darkness. The self-powered H3 micro gas tubes provide extreme readability and trusted reliability in all pursuits.
The most fitting word to describe 904L stainless steel is “extreme”. Featuring extra amounts of chromium, molybdenum, nickel and copper, 904L steel provides superior resistance to corrosion, rust and acids, along with unique hardness that allows it to withstand unexpected conditions and extreme environments.
